Jennifer owens
administrative director
Jennifer Owens is a dedicated childcare professional with four years of experience creating safe, nurturing, and engaging environments where children can learn and thrive. She is passionate about supporting each child’s growth while building strong, trusting relationships with families.
Jennifer is a devoted follower of Christ who loves serving the Lord in every area of her life. She enjoys participating in mission work and sharing God’s love through acts of service and compassion, both in her local community and beyond.
Family is at the center of Jennifer’s life. She is happily married to her husband, Tracey, and together they raise their three wonderful children. Her experiences as both a childcare professional and a mother give her a deep understanding of the importance of patience, encouragement, and genuine care.
Jennifer’s heart for children, faith, and service inspires everything she does, and she strives each day to make a positive difference in the lives of the families and communities she serves.
ashley barnett

Ashley Barnett is passionate about partnering with families to create a Christ-centered learning environment where every child is known, challenged, and encouraged to reach their God-given potential.
With six years of experience in education, Ashley has served as a first-grade teacher, special education teacher, and instructional literacy coach. She holds multiple teaching certifications, including the Science of Teaching Reading, and is dedicated to providing research-based, individualized instruction that helps every student thrive.
Ashley earned her Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from a Christian university, where she further developed her passion for creating engaging, meaningful learning experiences that support the whole child, academically, spiritually, socially, and emotionally.
As both an educator and a parent, Ashley has experienced firsthand the life-changing impact of a Christ-centered education. Watching her own daughter flourish academically, build lasting friendships, grow in her faith, and develop into a confident young woman has deepened her commitment to creating that same opportunity for every child who walks through the doors of Faith Christian Academy.
When she's not at school, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and teenage daughter, reading, traveling, and caring for their two dogs and two aquatic turtles.
Ashley considers it a privilege to serve the families of Faith Christian Academy and believes that every child is uniquely created by God with incredible gifts and purpose. Her greatest passion is helping create a school where every child is known, every child is challenged, and every child belongs.
